Topville Acres are in the final stages of prepping a dozen yearlings for this weekend’s Hoosier Classic Yearling Sale. With both trotting and pacing yearlings, the farm offers a little for all sale goers, including Hip No. 91 on the first day, Topville Caitlyn.

Topville Acres will sell a dozen yearlings at the Hoosier Classic Yearling Sale, representing both trotters and pacers in their consignment.
Topville Caitlyn is a daughter of the uber-tough race mare Topville Cadillac, who was a major player in Indiana Sires Stakes during her career. She completed that portion of her career with more than $350,000 and a mark of 1:50.2. Topville Caitlyn is her third foal and the first by JK Endofanera. She has already produced a winner in Topville Classical, a gelded son of Always a Virgin with a mark of 1:57.1 and $10,000 on his card.
The family goes deep on the maternal side. The second dam is Topville Cyberwave, who is the dam of Radar Contact, winner of more than $983,000 with a mark of 1:49.2. She is joined by another standout Always About Katey with a mark of 1:51.3 and more than $849,000 and Sapphire Martini (1:53.3, $137,000). The family just keeps on going, including Three Quarter Cam and Simply Electric under the third dam, both Indiana Sires Stakes contenders.
Joining Topville Caitlyn in the Topville Acres consignment is a fairly new family in Indiana as Topville Arthur represents the trotting side of the group. Topville Arthur is a son of new Indiana sire Pastor Stephen and is out of the Donato Hanover mare All Set Lets Go, who made more than $120,000 during her career in Pennsylvania. All Set Lets Go is already two for two, producing Trickin and Gruesome Twosome, both winners in Indiana. The second dam is Kalibrated and she has already proven herself as a brood mare. She has produced the standout Swan for All mare Measuredperfection, winner of more than $347,000 with a mark of 1:53.1. Sliding down to the third dam, some of the standouts include Dr Ronerail, winner of more than $700,000 and a mark of 1:52.1 and Bambino Hall, (1:53.2, $547,000).
One trotter to garner a lot of attention from Topville Acres is their final entrant, Topville Idella. Selling as Hip No. 415, the Dover Dan filly is a half sister to the standout trotter Ima Diamond Babe, winner of more than $320,000 with a mark of 1:53.3. There are several winners under the second dam, but the third dam is where it gets really interesting. Classic Casette is the dam of the fantastic Giant Hit, a Speedy Crown son with a mark of 1:54.2 and more than $646,000. He competed in every major stakes during his campaign, from the Hambletonian, to the Kentucky Futurity to the Breeders Crown. He went on to be a sire in the sport.
Topville Acres, located in Topeka, Ind., will be located in Aisle 23 at the Hoosier Classic Yearling Sale. All yearlings have video available and TrackIt pedigrees to assist sale goers with up to the minute updates.
