Trace Tetrick, the all-time leading driver at Harrah’s Hoosier Park, will complete the 2022 racing season in fourth place among all drivers in North America. Tetrick has 536 wins on the year heading into the final days of racing for 2022.

A native of Geff, Ill. and now resident of Indiana, Tetrick has driven in more than 2,500 races this season and has maintained a driving average of .321. His tally of more than $7.2 million marks a new record for Tetrick for most money earned in one season. It also marks the 16th straight year that horses guided by Tetrick have earned seven figures.
Tetrick’s best year to date was recorded in 2017 when he won 569 races from 2,786 career starts. This year marks the third time Tetrick has gone over the 500 win mark in his career. Overall, he has 6,848 wins from more than 40,000 career starts. His cumulative earnings during his driving career that began in 2003 is now more than $75 million.

Leading all drivers by wins in North America is Aaron Merriman, who has won 875 races this season from more than 4,100 starts. Jason Bartlett is in second place with 631 wins followed by Tim Tetrick with 567 wins.
Indiana based drivers John DeLong and Sam Widger are ranked 36th and 37th nationally with 281 and 279 wins respectively for 2022.
