It’s been a big year for graduates of Pond-A-Acres. The farm, located in New Haven, Ind., has seen success from many of its two-year-olds this season, including Ponda Adventure, Ponda Warrior, Ponda Hawk, Tug and Coop, Yo Mister and Jack Rabbit Slim. The farm has several yearlings associated with thee stakes winners ready to go for the Hoosier Classic Yearling Sale Friday, Oct. 22 and Saturday, Oct. 23.

Pond-A-Acres will be spread over two aisles at the upcoming Hoosier Classic Yearling Sale featuring several brothers and sisters to stakes winners this season.
Pond-A-Acres has 18 scheduled to go through the sale, kicking off the consignment with Ponda Canaveral, a colt from the first crop of sire Helpisontheway. Cataloged as Hip No. 36, the colt is a brother to Ooh La La La, who has earned nearly $200,000 and also a half brother to two-year-old in 2021 Tug and Coop from the first crop of Dover Dan and is an Indiana Sires Stakes winner.
Another standout from 2021 is Ponda Hawk from the first crop of Luck Be Withyou. Ponda Hawk, who has a mark of 1:52.4 this season, has a full brother selling in the sale, Ponda Puff. The Luck Be Withyou colt will sell as Hip No. 172.
Another yearling sure to get a lot of looks is a half brother to Indiana Sires Stakes winner Ponda Warrior, who has a mark of 1:51.3. His half-brother, Ponda Executive, will sell as Hip No. 311 and is a product of first crop sire Check Six.
Western Luck will also be a popular yearling in Aisle 15 and 16. Selling as Hip No. 349, the Luck Be Withyou gelding is a brother to This Kit Rocks, who has paced under the 1:50 time barrier this year. They are both from the outstanding Indiana sired race mare Western Kit.
