Nomination letters are out to the Indiana Standardbred Association (ISA) members for the upcoming election of officers for 2023. The ISA Office is now accepting nominations for the open positions, which will go into effect January 2023.
Nominations are now being accepted for the ISA Board. A total of six positions are open to go into effect January 2023.
A total of six positions will be open for the ISA board. Three at-large positions along with one from the northern district, one from the southern district and one from the central district. At large candidates can reside in any Indiana county. The candidates for the open positions should be willing to donate a significant amount of time to benefit Indiana horsemen and women.
Interested candidates should contact a member of the nomination committee, any ISA director, or call the ISA Office by Friday, Aug. 19 to express their interest and get more details on the positions. The ISA Nomination Committee includes Dennis Petty (Chairman), John DeLong, Randy Hatton and Ernie Gaskin.
The ISA Board is currently made up of 15 directors. Two directors represent the northern, central and southern regions each. A total of nine at-large directors are also part of the board.
