The middle of February means the first round of nominating payments are due. Several of the early closing stakes offered at Harrah’s Hoosier Park will require a nominating fee due Friday, Feb. 15, 2019.

Included on the list of stakes involved in the first round of nominations is the $300,000-estimated Dan Patch Stakes, set for Friday, Aug. 9. Harrah’s Hoosier Park’s signature event is a pacing free for all with a $1,000 nominating fee due Friday, Feb. 15, 2019. A sustaining fee of $2,000 is due March 15 with an additional entrance fee of $2,500 due at time of entry. The race is limited to the 10 highest lifetime money earners.

Carl Erskine (nominating fee $500); $100,000-est. Crossroads of America (nominating fee $500); $175,000-est. Hoosier Park Pacing Derby (nominating fee $1,500); $150,000-est. Jenna’s Beach Boy (nominating fee $300); $200,000-est. Monument Circle (nominating fee $500); $100,000-est. USS Indianapolis Memorial (nominating fee $500); $200,000-est. Kentuckiana Stallion Management (nominating fee $300); $125,000-est. Elevation (nominating fee $300); $60,000-est. Pegasus (nominating fee $300); $230,000-est. Kentuckiana Stallion Management (nominating fee $300); $70,000-est. Madison County (nominating fee $300); $75,000-est. Circle City (nominating fee $300) and new in 2019, the $50,000-est. Star Destroyer (nominating fee $300).
