Mast Standardbreds may have only three yearlings consigned to the Hoosier Classic Yearling Sale, but the small consignment is mighty. The farm kicks off the sale with Bernini selling as Hip No. 52, who will garner a lot of attention.

Mast Standardbreds will sell three trotters at the Hoosier Classic Yearling Sale.
A daughter of Swan for All, Bernini is a full sister to Indiana Sires Stakes standout Martini Show, who has accumulated more than $258,000 thus far. Out of four foals of racing age, there are three winners from the immediate family and Bernini will look to carry on that tradition. The family also includes Hambletonian Oaks champ Bar Slide under the third dam.
Joining Bernini as a top prospect for Mast Standardbreds is Hip No. 79 Cezanne, full sister to River Otter, also an Indiana Sires Stakes standout with more than $271,000 in career earnings. The Mr. Cantab filly is also a half sister to Indiana Sired Fair Circuit multiple winner Sand Swan and ISFC and ISS eligible winner River Rock. Cezanne’s dam, CQ Yankee, is a sister to Nova and Dan Patch Award winner Sand Vic, who is a $2 million winner.
The final yearling in the Mast Standardbred consignment is Muscle Valley, selling as Hip No. 220. The brown colt is the third foal from the Deweycheatumnhowe mare Little Bitty Lies, who earned $160,000 and took a mark of 1:54.4 at three. Muscle Valley, by Muscle Massive, is a brother to two-year-old Grand Circuit winner and Indiana Sires Stakes runner-up All the Truth, who has been timed in 1:57.3 this season.
