(Information provided by Harrah’s Hoosier Park)
With COVID-19 restrictions still in place for the state of Indiana and Harrah’s Hoosier Park, the Breeders Crown will have limited capacity for on-track viewing when the event comes to town Friday, Oct. 30 and Saturday, Oct. 31. Owners, sponsors and others directly involved in the program will have options for seating, and thanks to a creative layout, Harrah’s Hoosier Park will offer limited Breeders Crown packages to the local racing community.

A limited number of seats for the Breeders Crown will be available on a first come, first serve basis to the local racing community.
A total of 52 seats will be available in the grandstand area for both nights to the local racing community. The event will be a ticketed-only event. Packages for the local racing community are $40, not including tax, for two general admission seats.
The package includes admission to the Breeders Crown, a complimentary Breeders Crown program per person and $10 in dining per person. Invitations are now being extended to the local racing community on a first come, first serve basis. An invitation does not guarantee a reservation.
Because the Breeders Crown is a ticketed event only, the apron area will be available for access to invited guests only. Heaters and seating areas will be included in the outdoor area.
To make a reservation for either day, call (765) 609-4616 and refer to code BCGS by 5 p.m. Monday, Oct. 19. Payment is due at the time of the reservation, and all sales are final. Refunds will only be issued in the event the Breeders Crown event is closed to the public or canceled for any reason.
For those who do not receive special local racing community packages to the Breeders Crown, ticket options for all experiences may become available on or after Oct. 20, based on demand. Those seeking tickets are urged to visit www.HarrahsHoosierPark.com frequently to see updates on ticketing.
Breeders Crown racing will begin at 6 p.m. both Friday, Oct. 30 and Saturday, Oct. 31. Breeders Crown finals will be split between the two nights. Two-year-olds will be featured Friday with three-year-olds and older horses taking center stage on Saturday. The event will mark the 37th edition of the prestigious event and is offered in conjunction with the Hambletonian Society and Libfeld-Katz, which is providing a Breeders Crown Charity Challenge to benefit local non-profit organizations.
