JS Peyton, former Indiana Sires Stakes contender for the team of Jack Myers and Alex Udell, scored his third straight win Friday, Feb. 22 at The Meadows. Guided by Tony Hall, the four-year-old son of Swan for All held on at the wire by a head over Noble Prize and Dave Palone to win in 1:56.3.
A petite powerhouse trotter, JS Peyton now has 11 wins in 42 starts. Eight of those were recorded while under the care of Myers and Udell. He now has in excess of $50,000 in earnings.
JS Peyton was bred by David Wayne Yoder and Daryl Dee Lehman of Shipshewana, Ind. He was purchased by Myers in the 2016 Hoosier Classic Sale for $10,000. The gelding sold at the Midwest Mixed Sale at the Michiana Event Center in November 2018 for $14,500 and was purchased by Tyler Stillings.
