The ISA Trainer Registry was created for the first time in 2019 as a tool for new owners. By compiling a list of trainers that stable and race in and around Indiana, owners can choose what a trainer that best suits their needs and location.
The ISA Trainer Registry provides several details for individual trainers. Along with the trainer’s name and contact information, the registry also includes the location of the stable, the number of horses in a stable, if the trainer is currently accepting new horses, and if the stable races on the county fair circuit. Stables on the list range from small operations with just a few horses to large stables. Locations also range from on the track at Hoosier Park to stables in neighboring states that ship in to race in Indiana.
The 2019 ISA Trainer Registry can be found on the Indiana Standardbred Website by clicking on the tab across the top of the homepage titled “New Owners.” Once this link has been clicked a dropdown menu appears. Interested individuals will see the trainer registry under “Find a Trainer.”
