The Indiana Standardbred Association (ISA) offers many memberships services at Harrah’s Hoosier Park each season. Hours and details have now been set for the upcoming 2021 racing season in Indiana.

ISA Chaplain Claudean Webb will begin regular hours Thursday, April 1 for the 2021 racing season. Webb’s office is located in the Racing Administration building.
Claudean Webb returns as the ISA Chaplain. Beginning April 1, 2021, Webb will offer a weekly service on Mondays at 2 p.m. in the Hoosier Park Administration Building. Other office hours for Webb are as follows: Monday: 12 – 4PM; Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday: 8AM – 12PM; and Thursday: 8AM – 4PM. For emergency needs, contact Webb at (765) 621-3704.
Dr. Jeff McIntyre also returns as the ISA Chiropractor in 2021. Dr. McIntyre, a native of Shelbyville, will work out of the horsemen’s lounge during the 2021 racing season. His sessions will be available April 1 through Dec. 4, 2021 at the following times: Thursday: 8AM – 12PM; Saturday: 10AM – 2PM. Anyone wishing to receive treatment from Dr. McIntyre must hold a 2021 Indiana Horse Racing Commission (IHRC) Standardbred license and must present it at time of treatment.
The ISA Clinic has been open throughout the winter on Wednesdays from 8:30AM – 4:30PM. Beginning April 2 and running through Dec. 3, 2021, Fridays will also be added for service. Appointments should be made in advance by calling (317) 621-1230. To receive treatment all individuals must hold a 2021 IHRC Standardbred license and present a driver’s license or photo identification at the time of the appointment.
