The Indiana Standardbred Association (ISA) is set to hold their November meeting on a different date. Due to the Indiana Horse Racing Association (IHRA) Hall of Fame banquet at Indiana Grand Monday, Nov. 4, the ISA meeting will be moved to the following Monday, Nov. 11. This meeting will include the election of directors for 2020.
The IHRA Hall of Fame banquet will induct two individuals Monday. James R. “Jim” Elliott, longtime owner and breeder in Thoroughbred racing, will be inducted posthumously. The other inductee is Rod Ratcliff, former owner of Centaur and longtime advocate and racing and casino developer in Indiana.
