In an effort to provide a more economical service to the membership of the Indiana Standardbred Association (ISA), the board approved a reduction and adjustment for magazine rates effective with the next issue, which will arrive in homes in early May.

“We are always looking for ways to assist the membership, and by adjusting the advertising rates for the magazine, we can make it better for them with affordable options,” said Dr. Alan White, ISA Director and chairman of the Publications/Website committee. “We have looked at rates for other publications and our rates were already comparable. By reducing them, we are providing a service to members and others associated with the state’s racing program who wish to target Indiana Standardbred racing.”
The current price for a full-page color ad on the inside cover of the magazine is $450 and will now be lowered to $400. A full-page color ad throughout the magazine was previously $400 and will be reduced to $350. Half page ads will also see new pricing with color ads moving to $200.
One of the biggest changes comes in multiple ad orders for issues. Two full page ads will now have a cost of $650. Each additional full-page color ad will be $300, offering a total savings of $100 for a three-page full color order.
The Indiana Standardbred Magazine will have five more issues in 2020. The issues will arrive in homes in early May, early July, early October, mid-November and mid-December. The mid-November issue will be a special edition Breeders Crown publication.
