The Indiana Standardbred Association (ISA) held its first meeting of 2020 Monday, Jan. 6 and welcomed several new directors. Three new directors, Sarah Conrad, Emily Dever and Matt Rheinheimer were all sworn in to serve their first term for the organization.

Other directors reelected and sworn in were Jeff Cullipher, Joe Putnam and Doug Rideout. In addition to the directors, the election of officers was held. Putnam was reelected as the association’s president and will be joined by Richard Keaton, first vice president, Jacob Smith, second vice president, Dennis Petty, board secretary, and Chad Gooding, treasurer.
The ISA is preparing for the annual awards banquet set for Saturday, Jan. 25. Those who have not reserved a room at the adjoining Embassy Suites have until Tuesday, Jan. 7 to do so to receive the special rate. Only 10 rooms in the ISA Block at the hotel remain available.
