(joint release from Community Hospital and Indiana Standardbred Association)
As our nation is challenged with these unprecedented times due to the situation with the COVID-19 virus pandemic, we continue to follow guidance by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) to follow best practice standards in keeping our patients safe and provide medical care access. Therefore, we will be temporarily consolidating our onsite primary care clinic locations and changing hours of operation.
