Once again in 2019, ISA Chaplain Claudean Webb will be available to all members of the horse racing community in Indiana. Webb, an ordained Baptist minister, will be available for both one on one counseling as well as a weekly Bible Study in his office, located in the Racing Administration building at the entrance to the barn area at Harrah’s Hoosier Park.

ISA Chaplain Claudean Webb will begin regular hours Monday, April 1 for the 2019 racing season. Webb’s office is located in the Racing Administration building.
A native of Livingston, Tennessee, Webb has been a longtime resident of Madison County and has served the horsemen in Indiana for many years. He is always available to listen and assist and also makes frequent hospital visits. He has also led services for numerous horsemen and horsewomen over the years.
Beginning Monday, April 1, Webb will keep regular office hours. Mondays, Webb will be available from 12 until 4 p.m. Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays, Webb will be in the office from 8 a.m. until 12 p.m. with Thursday hours set for 8 a.m. until 4 p.m. Webb will hold a weekly Bible Study at 2 p.m.
