The Indiana Horse Racing Commission (IHRC) announced in their monthly newsletter this week they will conduct their regular meeting Tuesday, March 12. The meeting will begin at 1:30 p.m. in the Indiana State Museum, located on West Washington Street in downtown Indianapolis.

On the agenda will be consideration of emergency rule changes for 2019 and approvals for the 2019 racing officials.
Parking is available for the meeting, which is open to the public, in the White River State Park garage for $5. No cash will be accepted and parking payments must be made with credit cards only.
