Owned by Brian Carsey, John McGill, and Adam Friedland, Bluebird Jesse is now five and has 16 wins in 64 career starts with earnings in excess of $300,000. His career best time of 1:54.0 was taken earlier this year at The Meadows, showing he continues to get stronger with age.
Bluebird Jesse was campaigned in Indiana by Keith Roth of Shipshewana at age two and three. After being an upset winner in the $75,000 Indiana Sires Stakes for three-year-old colt and gelding trotters in 2017, Roth entered the gelding in the Midwest Mixed Sale at Shipshewana where he was purchased by his current connections for $42,000.
Bred by Daryl Miller, Bluebird Jesse is the first foal from the Swan for All mare Bluebird Swandrful. She has a yearling colt this year called GB Bird in Hand by Mr. Web Page.
