Eden Standardbreds will be offering sale goers two opportunities to purchase a yearling from their farm. They will have seven entered in the upcoming Hoosier Classic Yearling Sale and three in the Midwest Classic Mixed Sale in late November.

Eden Standardbreds will have seven yearlings prepped and ready to go for the Hoosier Classic Yearling Sale Friday, Oct. 20 and Saturday, Oct. 21 at the Indiana State Fairgrounds.
Looking at the yearlings for the Hoosier Classic Yearling Sale, Eden Standardbreds has some options for several new stallions in the state with some new brood mare lines to match.
One of those new maternal lines is Mellanie Swan, a Swan for All filly that is a first foal from Tupelo Honey, by Chapter Seven. Tupelo Honey is a half sister to the standout trotter market Rally, who is a champion on the New York circuit and has earnings of more than $700,000. She has already produced winners. Moving down to the third dam, the list gets even more impressive. She is the dam of several black type winners, including Striking Sahbra, the Supergill son who has been a successful sire in Ohio after competing on the Grand Circuit. The filly from Eden Standardbreds will sell as Hip No. 95 during the first session of the Hoosier Classic Yearling Sale.
Another new maternal line offered by Eden Standardbreds is Hip No. 298. Pastors Cash, a gelded son of Pastor Stephen, a first crop sire in Indiana, is the first foal from the Credit Winner mare Seducedbycredit. She is a half sister to standouts such as Faithfulandtrue, who was a winner in Pennsylvania Sires Stakes with more than $250,000 on his card, and Seducedbychocolate, who competed on the Grand Circuit, including the Breeders Crown before becoming a successful broodmare, producing Northern Express with a mark of 1:52.0 and earning $561,000. Winners continue down the page, showing a strong maternal line for Pastor’s Cash.
On the pacing side, Eden Standardbreds kicks off their consignment with a first foal out of Ms Glitter Sparkls, a daughter of Rockin Image named Always a Card. The second dam is Annie Your a Card, who is the dam of several impressive racehorses, including Anniewesterncard, winner of more than $1.4 million with a mark of 1:49.0. She has also produced A Cool Card with a mark of 1:49.0 and $500,000 as well as Agoodtimeto Rock, 1:51.0, $235,000). Always a Card sells as Hip No. 31
