Do Me Best will be offered at the Hoosier Classic Yearling Sale for Engle Equine as part of the Victory Hill Farm consignment.
Do Me Best is a daughter of JK Endofanera out of the Keystone Raider mare and Michigan champion Do Me Good. The mare took a mark of 1:52.4 and made more than $435,000 during her racing career before heading to the brood mare ranks. She has had just as much success in her second phase of Standardbred racing as the dam of several quick foals.
Do Me Good has had 10 foals and six have taken records. The quickest is Rockin Good, a daughter of Rockin Image with a mark of 1:48.0 and more than $283,000. The richest is Shady Caroline, a daughter of Shadyshark Hanover with more than $400,000 on her card and a mark of 1:50.2. Both horses are Indiana Sires Stakes winners. The family also includes Good Rockin (1:51.4, $283,000); TS Raider II (1:50.0, $167,000); Dangerous Woman (1:53.1, $142,000); Good Image (1:53.1, $20,000), and two-year-old Do Me Better who has been timed this year in 1:55.0.
The second dam has also produced several winners highlighted by Do Me Justice, a Michigan bred mare with more than $412,000 on her card.
Do Me Best, the latest in the line of foals from the strong maternal family, is staked heavily as she heads into the sales ring. She is eligible to the Bluegrass, Breeders Crown, Michigan Breeders and Colt Stakes, Indiana Sires Stakes, ISA Elite, Little Brown Jug, and the Adios. Being dual eligible to Indiana and Michigan, the filly has limitless possibilities ahead of her.
Do Me Best will be part of Victory Hill Farm’s consignment, which can be found in Aisle 3 and 4 at the Indiana State Fairgrounds. For more information on the filly, or to see her prior to the sale, contact Engle Equine at (517) 270-0194.
