The Indiana Standardbred Association (ISA) is partnering with the Harness Horse Youth Foundation (HHYF) and Harrah’s Hoosier Park to bring “Community Night at the Races” Friday, Sept. 24. First post for the evening activities is 6:30 p.m.

Community Night at the Races will feature all types of free activities for racing fans, including a giveaway courtesy of ISA.
“Community Night at the Races” will feature free live entertainment, games and activities, contests, kids’ treats, and a free giveaway courtesy of ISA. HHYF will also provide harness racing education stations.
The event will be highlighted by the fourth annual Caesars Trotting Classic and Grand Circuit racing. Some of the state’s top horses will vie in open races against some of the best trotters and pacers in North America. In addition to the Caesars Trotting Classic, the Madison County, The Elevation, the Hoosier Park Pacing Derby, the Phil Langley Memorial, the Jenna’s Beach Boy and the Kentuckiana Stallion Management will all be featured on the card.
A total of 41 horse and gelding pacers are included on this year’s nomination list for the Hoosier Park Pacing Derby, including the 2021 winner of the Dan Patch Stakes in August Catch the Fire.
