Buyers will have two opportunities to purchase yearlings from Brookview Farms this season. They have consigned four for the Hoosier Classic Yearling Sale later this month and have a row of yearlings headed to the Michiana Classic Yearling Sale in late November.

Brookview Farms of Shipshewana, Ind. will sell four yearlings at the upcoming Hoosier Classic Yearling Sale.
Kicking off the Hoosier Classic Yearling Sale is Hip No. 18, a half-brother to the red-hot freshman this season Brookview Bolt. Brookview Chief is by Crescent Fashion out of the Jailhouse Jesse mare Witty’s Winner, who took a mark of 1:54.4 herself and earned just under the $100,000 in purses. So far this season, his older brother has taken a mark of 1:57.2 and earned more than $50,000. Brookview Chief is one of 15 from the Crescent Fashion first crop selling at the Hoosier Classic Yearling Sale.
Brookview Farms will also sell a first foal from Stonebridge Peace, who has a mark of 1:54.4 and earned $87,000 during her career. Brookview Cherie is a filly by Swan for All selling as Hip No. 337 on the second day of the sale. Videos and TrackIt pedigrees are available on her and the other entries from Brookview Farms through the Hoosier Classic Yearling Sale website.
A yearling that will grab a lot of attention at the Michiana Classic Yearling Sale Nov. 25 at the Michiana Event Center is Hip No. 71, Brookview Click. The filly is by first crop sire Dover Dan and is a half sister to Foxy Swan, Indiana Sires Stakes contender with more than $234,000 in earnings. Her dam, Fox Valley Click, made more than $100,000 during her career.
