Brookview Farms of Shipshewana, Ind. will have a nice variety of yearlings at the Hoosier Classic Sale, set for Friday, Oct. 22 and Saturday, Oct. 23. Ten yearlings will sell in the Brookview consignment set for Aisle 14 at the Indiana State Fairgrounds.

Brookview Farms will offer several siblings to current horses racing on the Indiana racing circuit this season at the Hoosier Classic Yearling Sale.
The first yearling in the consignment is Smokarilla, a bay filly with a Hip No. of 4. The Tellitlikeitis filly is out of a daughter of the great race mare Musical Dreamer, who made over a half-million and won numerous races at Hoosier Park. Smokarilla is the third foal and her half siblings have taken marks under 1:55 so far, including Wenistopdreaming, who has been timed in 1:51.1.
One colt that will get a lot of looks is Hip No. 354, Brookview Darius. The Swan for All colt is a full brother to multiple Indiana Sires Stakes champ Brookview Bolt, who already has in excess of $300,000. He is the third foal from the mare Witty’s Winner, who is a 100 percent producing mare.
Brookview Darius is joined by Brookview Dixie as a high profile yearling. Brookview Dixie is a half sister to Brookview Bullet, who has a mark of 1:50.1 and has been a powerhouse on the Indiana racing circuit. Brookview Dixie is from the first crop of Check Six and is heavily staked, including the Breeders Crown, Adios, Messenger and Cane Pace in addition to Indiana Sires Stakes.
All Brookview Farms yearlings currently have videos available through the sale’s Website. They also have enhanced pedigrees through TrackIt.
