Horsemen are invited to help fill in the gap in an upcoming benefit dinner and raffle scheduled to follow the Midwest Mixed Sale on Friday (Nov. 23). Proceeds will help defray hospital and medical costs for three families in the Standardbred industry.

All three families are facing mounting medical costs for family members diagnosed with Leukemia, Parkinson’s Disease and stage 3 Legg Perthes Disease. Families involved are Dean R. Miller, Topeka, Ind., Leon E. Slabach, Shipshewana, Ind., and Nate Yoder of LaGrange, Ind.
Stallion breedings for 2019 for Always A Virgin (IN), Big Stick Lindy (IN), Check Six (IN), Dover Dan (IN), Guccio (IN), and Swan For All (IN) will be auctioned off in the mixed sale session on Friday.
A raffle for a 4562 Cruiser buggy, Pennsbury jog cart, and large Green Egg and Silver Rocket grills will take place in conjunction with the dinner at the conclusion of the mixed sale session.
