Applications for the Indiana Standardbred Association (ISA) College Assistance Programs for 2020 are now available online. The applications have been revised to include one change. Applicants applying for assistance during the 2020 Spring Semester must be either a 2019 valid member of ISA or their parent, grandparent or guardian must be a 2019 ISA member and hold a valid 2019 IHRC license.

The ISA will offer 2020 College Assistance programs with Spring Semester applications due Dec. 31, 2019.
The 2020 Spring College Assistance applications are for applicants planning for the Spring Semester and should be returned by Dec. 31, 2019 to the ISA Office. All applicants should be an Indiana resident, or their related guardian must be a resident of Indiana by April 30, 2019 to be eligible for the process. Applicants should also be working toward a two or four-year degree or a technical trade school. Assistance is available for both part-time or full-time students and all applicants must hold at least a 2.5 GPA to be considered for the program.
The ISA also has College Assistance Program applications available for the 2020 Fall Semester. Those applications are due later in 2020. The college scholarship program through the ISA is no longer available.
